Incredible experience at Modas Garden. The service was exceptional, a 10 out of 10 for customer service. I initially looked for a vest, but thanks to their advice, I ended up buying a vest, a tie, and a shirt that I absolutely loved. They were attentive and always willing to help me find the best option. It's amazing how these businesses often go unnoticed until you find one that truly cares about its customers. They have a wide variety of suits and clothing for different occasions. Everything they sell is of great quality, but the best part is the customer service and advice on how to dress and bring out your best.
I had previously bought a suit there, and it was fine, but today, July 5, 2023, I returned and left without buying anything, and what's more, very upset, as they made a comment that, in my opinion, crossed a line and I was very offended. I won't be back.
The apology was half-hearted, since the "joke" was started by the owner and then someone else joined in. What some consider a "joke," others consider offensive, especially since we don't know each other at all. I don't think we should try to understand anything. By the way, I also work in customer service, and it would never occur to me to make such a comment to one of my clients.
Small shop on Calle Marmoles. Excellent service and fantastic suits. They also know at a glance what will suit you best. Everyone in my family bought a suit and shirt.
