A special mention goes to ASCENSION , an incredible and highly professional massage therapist—attentive and sensitive to every detail. I enjoyed both a facial and a full-body massage, and her positive energy genuinely felt like it gave me 10 extra years of life.

I had an Ayurvedic massage today at Mood Spa and I’m absolutely delighted.

My therapist, Ascension, was simply amazing. With great sensitivity, calmness, and professionalism, she provided an incredibly soothing treatment. The combination of warm oils and flowing movements helped me completely to relax.

You can truly feel that she is passionate about her work. I felt comfortable, cared for, and in the best hands throughout.

I highly recommend Mood Spa to anyone looking for a moment of relaxation – I will definitely be back!

Yesterday was Mother’s Day. I booked two spa circuits plus a 30-minute massage. When I made the reservation, I asked to have two glasses of cava upon arrival, and I was told that even if there was an extra charge, it wouldn’t be a problem.

However, when we arrived, nothing was offered. I asked the staff member, and he told me they would serve the cava at the end of the treatment. Instead, we were given two fruit juices, and he said they had run out of cava which seemed very strange.

Another inconvenience is that the pool area and the steam room are in separate spaces, and you have to pass through the reception area to go from one to the other.

Also, in the pool area, they don’t even provide still water.
Overall, I would rate it as a two-star spa.

The only positive aspect was the massage therapist, who was very skilled and friendly (deep tissue).

My gf booked a session at the Spa for us but I was really a disappointment.
1-First of all they gathered us in one point and all of a sudden released us to the changing room ( imagine 15 men cramping in a very small area fully necked).
2-all the pools were cold so people left the pools after barely 5 minutes and they rushed to the saunas.
3- music was very primitive. ( A16 years old child was playing Harp 🪉 like it was first day she was touching her instrument.
4- when I expressed my disappointment the staff they were fully unresponsive.
I would never go back to that Spa and under no conditions I would recommend it to anyone.

Very relaxing. Good options of steam and sauna rooms. Nice spa. Complimentary robe, towel and flip flops was a nice touch. Clean facilities.
