Absolutely useless company. Almost impossible to contact them. Waited so long on the website Chat to talk with an agent it automatically ends the chat.
If you need something shipped look elsewhere. If you are buying, ask the shipper NOT to use Nacex.
Drivers seem incapable of using Google maps to find the address.

These people are inexplicable. The first order they sent me, a small, lightweight package worth 15 euros, they marked me as absent, saying I wasn't home and that they had called my mobile and I hadn't answered, which is a lie. In the message, they said they would come on Friday, and then at 12:30 on Friday, they called to say it was out for delivery on Tuesday, and if it didn't arrive, I would have to go pick it up at the industrial park. So I think it was Nacex's fault, or they didn't want to deliver it and told me to go pick it up myself. They are beyond awful. The phone service was terrible. I'm not giving them zero stars because it won't let me, but I'd give them minus five stars.
13/02/2026 SHAMEFUL COMPANY, DELIVERY DRIVER, AND PHONE SERVICE. They've done it to me again. At home, they called to say I was away and scheduled another delivery... I have to go to their office to pick up the package again because the driver can't change his route, and when has he ever been here?!
Terrible management and a terrible company!

Terrible company and staff. They pretend to deliver a package but then never actually arrive. The vehicle drives down the street to make it seem like they're attempting delivery, but they don't stop. And the office staff, the women, are incredibly rude. They had a disabled person waiting for three days for a package that they ultimately never delivered. Never again.

This company is a disgrace. I'm at home and they're saying I'm absent when there are four of us waiting for the package so we can leave. It's not the first time, and last time the office worker had to admit that, just as I said, the delivery driver's geolocation didn't match my address. And now it's the same thing again. How much longer do I have to wait for my package? Obviously, after this second time, they're going to file a formal complaint with the consumer protection agency. I've been calling for a while now and no one's answering the phone.

The first delivery attempt, while I was home, failed. From then on, receiving my package was difficult. The customer service on the phone was very poor and the person who answered the call did not resolve the issue.
