Terrible! I'd been waiting for a package for a week and it only arrived because the girl I bought it from insisted every single day. She had to call who knows where because when I called, I just got an answering machine, and I sent her WhatsApp messages and nothing. The package arrived half-open. I don't recommend this service.

97 total reviewsIt was a disaster. They left the package by throwing it into the yard, about two or three meters away. It was electrical tubes and light bulbs, and they didn't even call to let me know (I don't even know if we were home when they left it). To make matters worse, a terrible storm hit and everything got soaked. I had to take it out of the wrecked boxes and leave it to dry in the sun the next day. The delivery service is a disgrace, and it's not the first time. Three times, they also threw the same type of material and from the same source without calling me.
They picked up the merchandise on July 30th and to this day I still haven't received it. They haven't called me, they haven't replied to my emails, nothing. I'm very unhappy; they're more than two weeks behind schedule. These are tractor parts, and every day the merchandise doesn't arrive is a lost workday, which means I'm losing money and customers. Completely irresponsible, a disgrace.
Outrageous!
They ask you to choose the pickup day and time slot, then they don't come on that day. They tell you they couldn't pick up the order and to choose another day. There are no options to choose from, and when you call and try to speak to someone, you're just put through to a machine that doesn't help at all. Without having chosen a day, they call you again to pick up the order, saying they're in a hurry and that they'll get in trouble if they don't complete their route. Then they hang up, saying they'll come for the package when you're at the pickup point. The service is unprofessional and appalling.
Today, ten days after delivery, the package arrived at a different address. Therefore, I withdraw my request for a refund.
