The parking reception is fantastic. Inma is very friendly and a true professional, providing all the explanations you need. The workshop manager is also very professional, and if there's an emergency, they'll help you, but with some reservations!

That's the good part! The bad part is the customer service at the office. It's like we're begging, not customers. They answer the phone reluctantly and don't offer easy solutions.
For a broken mirror, we waited months. When our first appointment finally arrived, it turned out they ordered the wrong mirror or received the wrong one. Instead of offering a quick solution, since it wasn't the customer's fault, they told us we had to make another appointment! A vehicle shouldn't be on the road putting the driver at risk!
You need to improve here. For urgent issues like burnt-out bulbs, broken mirrors, etc., which affect road safety, there needs to be a rapid response protocol, because they don't even offer a replacement vehicle!

María is our manager and is always available and responds quickly. The women in the office are also wonderful; one of them, with curly hair and glasses, is a real sweetheart.
