Yesterday I was at this notary's office again for a signing. I've been here multiple times because I handle the signings for a real estate agency. As always, it was quick and reliable. I want to highlight Mamen Mesa's work; her knowledge and expertise made everything run smoothly. Even though she wasn't having the best day yesterday, because sometimes clients insist on seeing things as white when they're not. But Mamen was up to the task, and I highly recommend signing with her. OK

Hello, I want to share my experience with this notary's office. It was terrible. I waited four months for a deed for a new construction, and when I asked how it was progressing and why it was taking so long, they told me it hadn't even been started. A complete disaster, and I've gone to another notary. And I still can't sell the house because of the notary's office, which has even caused me to lose potential buyers because the deed isn't ready. I will never go back, and if I do, I'll turn around and find another notary.

I absolutely do not recommend this notary office. It took them over three months to process a mortgage cancellation deed. The assistant, Samuel, was awful! He misplaced the documents, and to top it all off, it's impossible to get in touch with them by phone. And after three months of waiting to collect the documents, they still make you wait all morning to give them to you. Completely unprofessional.
