The woman who handled my notary paperwork was smoking inside the office, which has been illegal in public places in Spain since 2011. She was incredibly unprofessional, prying into my personal life and offering unsolicited "advice."

He doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer calls, and doesn't even call back if you leave notes.
After a month and a half, I gave up and went to another notary.
