Terrible management, zero professionalism from the real estate agents, wasting clients' time and then offering a pathetic excuse. If you're looking for someone who will truly be involved in the process you're trying to complete, whether buying or renting... don't do it here. They'll laugh in your face after asking you everything down to your underwear size. And of course, no one will apologize for wasting your time... It's pathetic.

Especially the treatment I received from Silvia Fernández and Virginia Carrasco... If they're assigned to you as agents... RUN!!

I'm editing because it's unbelievable. A supposed company representative just called me to threaten me into removing the reviews and comments. I'm warning him now that this isn't going to end here.

This "Mr." (if you can call him that) Juan Carlos thought he could intimidate me by threatening me over the phone, but his plan backfired. We'll see how this plays out.
