Steer clear of this company. They promise you better terms on your electricity bill, but the opposite happens. They give you a "private contact" that you never get hold of. When you complain that electricity has become more expensive than before changing company, you don't get an answer from Novaluz. This can of course be proven by comparing tariffs/bills. On the other hand, you get a penalty for leaving the company, even if you have already paid a significant penalty by being a customer at all. No wonder it's a scam as Novaluz is a partner with Escandinavia Electricidad. We do not accept the penalty, nor the latest electricity bills, and have acquired a lawyer. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!
