About the neighbourhood: Churriana
Originally a village to the south-west, now part of Málaga municipality, sitting between the airport and the foothills. The accessories are, as always, great value for money, but today I encountered a sales assistant who, in my opinion, not only left much to be desired but also made me feel bad because of her attitude. There were four or five other girls, all busy, and when I decided which bag I wanted, I told a blonde sales assistant with very short hair. I didn't take the bag from the shelf myself because they were rearranging them, and I understand they're display bags and the ones for sale are kept in the stockroom. When I approached her to tell her I wanted a bag, she rudely said, "But tell me which bag, right?" When I turned around, thinking she was going to come over so I could point it out, she walked away and continued doing other things, completely ignoring me and leaving me hanging. I was about to leave without buying anything out of anger, but I needed to buy a gift. Luckily, another girl ended up helping me, and I'm very grateful. With the number of Parfois stores there are, this one in particular is definitely not one I'll be returning to.
The sales assistant was very pleasant and, above all, helpful. I wanted to return an online purchase, which I had previously arranged to be returned to a collection point, and they sorted it out in a minute. However, their online customer service is terrible. I filled out a form and after a week they still haven't replied. It took them two days to respond via Facebook. A disaster.
I'm giving it one less star 🌟 because I can't.
What classist saleswomen! How uncomfortable you feel with their accusatory and aggressive treatment. You can't treat everyone like a thief.
I'm tired of these attitudes.
