Party Zone

Yesterday we celebrated our son's birthday at this venue, which we chose as almost the only option available after a last-minute problem with our original choice. We were already familiar with the place from a previous celebration and decided to go there due to a lack of alternatives.

However, the experience fell short of my expectations, especially considering the high price we paid relative to what was offered. This time, we noticed a considerable reduction in the venue's usable space. They've moved the ball pit structure, easily reducing the area by about 80 square meters. This means the play area is much closer to the tables, generating a lot of noise and making it difficult for adults to talk. Furthermore, we noticed some minor defects that, while they may seem small, contribute to a general sense of neglect: the bathroom door latch was broken, and the air conditioning remote control holder was also damaged.

We knew the location of the shop beforehand, so that's not something we're criticizing, but it's also worth noting that it's in an industrial park and there's nowhere nearby to buy something last minute without having to drive.

In short, while we appreciate that the space was available during a difficult time for us, we can't recommend it unless it's a similar emergency. We don't intend to return as customers, unless we're invited to an event.

We were there for a birthday party. It's a very spacious venue, everything was clean, and the kids had a great time. The air conditioning was a big plus and kept the place cool. However, some things were broken, like the foosball table figures (after many games). The handles are now protective, and I think they should fix or replace them since the venue is being rented out and can't be used normally. Also, the bathroom lock was faulty, making it difficult to get in safely. Otherwise, it's well-equipped, clean, and parking is easy in the area. Aside from those couple of minor issues, which I'm sure will be fixed soon and are due to normal wear and tear, I thought it was pretty cool.

Perfect place to organize a children's birthday party. There's parking available, and it's large and spacious. The bathroom is perfect, with a baby changing table. The kitchen is very well-organized, with a refrigerator and a small freezer. There are mats for young children to play on, small tables for them, and larger tables for snacks, plus plenty of chairs. They also have a foosball table for older children (or parents). It's definitely a great place.

Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Belén, the owner, was very friendly. The venue is very large and well-equipped for a party. The air conditioning worked perfectly; for such a spacious place, it was incredibly refreshing. The coffee machine uses capsules, and there's a powerful speaker if you want to play music. We'll definitely be back.
