Never fall for their policies; their service is terrible. I've had both my cars insured with them, and they kicked me off one of them for having just one accident in 10 years. With my home insurance, I had to file a formal, certified complaint with the Madrid Insurance Directorate because they kept giving me the runaround. Coincidentally, after filing that complaint, they called me to say I was entitled to the claim and agreed with me. They're awful. This month, I'm canceling my home insurance, which I haven't done before because I let it slide. 0% recommended. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I was recently hit by another car, and even after providing photos of my car, the other car, and a police report, they sent me a letter saying they wouldn't cover it because, according to them, it was a collision with a median. Now I'm supposed to get involved in legal trouble or pay for the damage THAT WAS DAMAGED TO ME, EVEN THOUGH I PAY AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT IN INSURANCE, money that could easily cover the damage. That's all these people are good for: sending letters and passing the buck. When it comes to defending their policyholders, I can tell you right now, they're not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Alicia helped me and she was great. I highly recommend her. I've never had any problems at this office or with the company in general.

Terrible service. As soon as we arrived, they were smoking by the door and we inhaled all the smoke. They didn't even greet us. Both employees were just standing around, doing nothing, arguing about whose turn it was to see us. They were constantly talking, and to top it off, the one who finally saw us was on a private call, completely ignoring us in the middle of the consultation. When she hung up, she was calmly chatting with her colleague, also on her cell phone, right in front of us as if we weren't even there. It was incredibly disrespectful. She didn't even know how to find the models in the program, and I had to explain how to do it, given her incompetence. Anyone could do a better job; she was completely unqualified and unprofessional.

Do they ever answer the phone? Because it's not normal that in the day and a half I've been calling, the sales reps are always busy.
