I go to the industrial park every week to buy supplies for my business. There's a huge variety of warehouses with all kinds of products, from food to cleaning products and drinks. Basically, everything.

Densely populated residential district just north-west of the centre, between Carretera de Cádiz and Bailén-Miraflores. It contains the main long-distance bus station, the wholesale food market (Mercado Mayorista), the football stadium La Rosaleda and several large supermarkets. The area is mainly mid-20th-century blocks of flats. Two Metro Málaga lines run through it, and the Cercanías commuter rail stops at Victoria Kent. The district is not a tourist destination but is well-connected to the centre in under 15 minutes.

A very complicated industrial park, impossible to navigate, all the vehicles double-parked blocking both lanes. Its only good point is its good connection to the highway. It has grown unchecked and has housing integrated into the surrounding area, the Los Prados neighborhood.
They didn't even come to my apartment, since we were home all day and no one rang the doorbell.
They say the package won't fit in the mailbox, but inside it are items measuring 1.7 x 1.5 cm, which fit perfectly in a mailbox.
Now I have to go and spend MORE THAN 2 HOURS going to pick up the package and come back because the delivery place is an hour away from my apartment.
They don't come to my house and make me go all the way out in the boonies to pick up the package. I'd rather return it than go all the way there. When the seller starts losing money on free returns, maybe then they'll deign to change delivery companies.
They're irresponsible.
If they don't want to deliver to my home, they shouldn't accept items that won't fit in my mailbox.
I shouldn't have to spend more money going there or waste my time. Their lack of fairness and commitment to the customer is shameful, especially after I spent an entire day waiting at home. They don't even have a phone number to complain about this disrespect.
