I visited the Primor store at Carrefour Rosaleda and the experience was very positive from the start. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, and the staff was very attentive at all times, demonstrating friendliness and a good knowledge of the products.

The store stands out for its cleanliness and order; everything was perfectly arranged, even in the less visible areas, making shopping a very pleasant experience.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I couldn't complete my purchase, as they were out of stock of the Don Algodón Black Jack cologne. Even so, the service I received from the team was outstanding. I will definitely return!

I'm a regular Primor customer and I go to the Rosaleda store very often. I have absolutely no complaints about the service, products, how the store runs, etc. Everything is fantastic! In the last two years, I've been visiting the pharmacy section more often, where they've given me excellent advice and even better service. I always leave happy. I want to give top marks to Laura for her service and professionalism. You're lucky to have an employee like her. I wholeheartedly recommend this store.
