Visited today to purchase 3 perfumes whilst my cruise ship was docked. The sales assistants were very helpful and friendly, and I saved about £80 than if I purchased the fragrances in the UK. Their prices were even better than Duty Free. I highly recommend visiting this store if your ship is docked. It's a short 15 minute walk from the ship in the Marina area. Very easy to get to.

If you look at the prices, this is a dream place, especially in the lovely location next to the marina of Malaga.

I am taking two stars down because the person behind the counter took 5 min to pack a gift for the clients ahead of us, but did not bother with a smile or a thank you when we paid, very strange.

It's a feature to find rude service in Spain, but we got it in Primor Marina. At Druni, they are very polite and do the check-out with a smile.

With a smile and a thank you at the counter, they could be a 5*.

The short woman with brown hair and blue eyes “working” tonight, 21st September at the front of the store followed me for a good couple of minutes, walking back and forth behind my back, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then I asked her about a product, and without even checking the shelf, she dismissively told me that they don’t have it. After checking myself again, to my surprise, I found the product and they had plenty in stock. After I went to the other side of the store to pay, she came to follow me again. Looks like this employee is more interested in making loyal customers never want to return to this store again, rather than doing her actual job. Terrible experience

tried to return an item with the receipt and was told that it was impossible i was sold what i had because it didn’t have a label, it’s on the receipt that i payed for it??? management was rude and unhelpful

The seller took the wrong box and therefore not the perfume I asked for even though it was clear. I opened the box at home, I found the perfume without packaging, they refuse a refund under the pretext that it was
already opened even though it was them who sold it like that. They also sold us a tester lipstick !
