Quantum Realty

I found the best real estate agency for our project in the south of Spain. They know the real estate market perfectly, they have a perfect overview of current offers, they can find you the apartment you are looking for, on the one hand they can recommend, but also discourage you from buying, if that is the case. They can also advise on renovations when needed and, most importantly, they can be with you not only during the purchase, but throughout the entire process that follows the purchase. I definitely recommend this real estate agency.

We had a great experience with this real estate agency when buying our apartment in Mijas Costa. From the beginning, the treatment was warm, professional, and very personal.

They truly took the time to understand our needs and guided us through every step with commitment and dedication, making the whole process smooth and stress free.

A special thank you to Carlos and Antonia for their constant support, kindness, and attention to detail. We highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and caring team on the Costa del Sol.

Without a doubt, Quantum Realty is the most professional and trustworthy agency on the coast. After searching for a new home for over two years, we were fortunate to meet Carlos — and thanks to his expertise, we found the perfect ático in El Chaparral on just our second viewing.

Having dealt with to many pushy and impersonal agents throughout our search, working with Carlos and his beautiful wife was a breath of fresh air. His honest, calm, and attentive approach made the entire experience not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable.

I cannot recommend Quantum Real Estate highly enough - a truly professional, family-run business that goes above and beyond for its clients.

They are phenomenal and will exceed your expectations - whether you are buying or renting a property.
It’s a pleasure to do business with their team.
Giving only 5 stars as Google doesn’t have an option for 6 or 7. :)

Best real estates agents in town. Not only are Anouk and Carlos super friendly, they truly go above and beyond when it comes to finding and in the end buying the right property. Their expertise is was very welcome during the process of purchasing our house and any questions or doubts they walked us through. They also got us a better price than we could have negotiated!
