Restaurante El Boliche

I come here often! I appreciate how the hours are so convenient for foreigners like me who have not quite yet adjusted to late Spanish mealtimes. Everything I've had here is good. My favorite is the chicken quesadillas, but the salmon, chicken poke bowl, chicken wrap, and Moroccan chicken pie have all been excellent as well. Service is always great, and even my dog now refuses to walk by without stopping in!

Came in November and sat outside for breakfast. Subtle music playing and it was a lovely atmosphere. We had the French toast and Açai bowl which was amazing! Coming back tomorrow for breakfast!

The restaurant is situated on the beach promenade and has a beautiful view of the water. We ordered a mojito and it was delicious. The pina colada was a little strong for us though! Cocktails were a decent price of 6€ (mojito) and 6.50€ (pina colada). The restaurant has some selection of veggie and vegan options, so we ordered the vegan hamburger. We didn’t know it came with fries so we ordered extra fries, except it came out as a starter! €8.00 for fries is extremely expensive and we didn’t get a lot included really. The mayo was garlic filled and was a nice surprise - but if you don’t like garlic, maybe get the ketchup!
The burger came with fries too (we wish they told us, because by that point we were a bit full from them!). We felt they didn’t tell us either from a lack of knowledge of the menu or they wanted to make more money. The vegan hamburger was very good and felt fresh. However, if they put sauce on the burger / mayo, it wasn’t noticeable and it was way too dry. I had to keep adding more mayo on so I could even swallow it. However, I have to say, I’ve had worse vegan burgers before! They just needed to add more sauce and it would have been perfect. Overall a decent meal out but on the expensive side (almost 16€ each for a vegan burger…).

An Unforgettable Experience at El Boliche, Rincon de la Victoria

Yesterday I had the pleasure of dining at El Boliche in Rincon de la Victoria, and the experience was absolutely wonderful—from the moment I arrived to the last bite. The service, the staff, and the food were all superb.

Special mention to Miriam, the person who attended me. Miriam’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made my visit truly exceptional. She is a remarkable human being and an outstanding professional. I have no words to express my gratitude.

My last day in Rincon de la Victoria was made special thanks to Miriam. She will always be in my heart. I would give El Boliche a perfect 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to everyone.
