I liked the place a lot, but this is really inconvenient, every time you have reservation, it does not matter: you should wait ages in line with all the people. When you approach staff, they are always in rush and don't care you have reserved before.

I noticed the place only aftwr renovation. I don't knkw how the food was before, but I liked everything we got, and the portion sizes very wery big. We ended up taking some part home and it was very well packaged. Thw customer service is a bit busy and not always attentive.

Overpriced for mass produced tasteless food.The advertised buratta with the tortellone was a scrawny piece of very dried mozzarella. There was two tiny basil leaves between the 2 dishes. very disappointing cannot recommend
It took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us after being seated and only because we called her over. Inside the restaurant was hot and when we asked about it the guy we asked said there was nothing he could do. They don’t offer any bread or anything to keep you entertainer while the food is being cooked. We wound up cancelling our order and walking out. Extremely disappointing experience.
The food is ok if you’re out shopping but u wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, we had to wait at the door for the staff to finish their conversation for around 5 minutes, when we decided to leave, they then decided to greet us. Once seated the waiter was very friendly and efficient. (Guy with tattoos) The service from him was especially good. The place isn’t very clean, there was a lot of food on the floor & we had to ask them to change the plates as they were dirty, the table next to us also asked to change their plates. My glass also had lipstick on

Horrible service
Dinner for four: we ordered two non-alcoholic beers, a soft drink, and water. Twenty minutes later, the drinks arrived. The two beers were warm; their excuse was that they had run out in the refrigerator and had been brought from the storeroom. Naturally, we sent them back.
The meal consisted of two pizzas with mushroom toppings, another pizza, and a calzone. More than half an hour later, they served us two pizzas, one of them with mushrooms. An hour later, after several complaints, they served us the calzone and the other pizza, which was missing the mushrooms. All they offered were excuses and apologies, and their solution was to give us one of the pizzas for free, which we refused.
The pizzeria wasn't even 70% full. If they don't know how to run a restaurant, they should do something else.
