What a gem in the Mijas golf area! We stayed at a nearby hotel and are so glad we went here based on reviews. Incredible food, incredible service! The bread was fresh, and our entrees were spectacular. I got the gnocchi al sorrentino, which was an extremely large portion with great taste. My husband got a seafood mix pasta that he is still talking about. You get great portions, excellent quality food, and a great price point.

Our only note is that we would skip the Jamón and melon next time, as the Jamón was pretty chewy. It was so nice to switch it up from traditional Spanish cuisine. Definitely recommend if you are staying in the Mijas area! Just make sure to make reservations.

We visited the restaurant based on positive reviews, and it started well with good appetizers.

My wife ordered scampi pasta and was assured it had been properly cleaned, but it was served with the vein still intact, which was disappointing. I ordered a medium steak, but it arrived overcooked and dry.

We had planned to order dessert, but after being ignored by the staff for quite some time, we decided to leave.

We recently moved to the area and had hoped to find a new local favorite, but this visit was disappointing. We hope this was just an isolated incident and that you can improve going forward.

The food was amazing, especially the salad since it was very hot outside. Just to mention, the prawns were a little spicy. Service was also really quick. There was some kind of spider nearby, but it eventually scurried off.

Absolutely great restaurant. We ate here about 5 times (lunches and dinners) over the week because it was much cheaper than the food at the hotel! Really well cooked food, quick service and lovely staff. The Prawns Pil-pil was probably the best we had over our holiday (and we got it in pretty much every restaurant we went to!)

Highly recommend.

The best Seafood pasta I've eaten. period. Local residents are sociable and the atmosphere is very good.

*Edit we decided to come here several more times on our trip and we don't regret a thing!
