We've had Servicia in our community for two years now, and I'm beyond dissatisfied. Decisions are made at the owners' meetings that are never implemented.

There are no replies or actions to emails. We're currently investigating whether funds have even been embezzled. The on-site staff are really great, but they're paid a pittance and treated very badly. Minutes from the owners' meeting haven't been available for months, which is no surprise since no notes were taken.
