I was doing some shopping and the guy who served me was very arrogant, cocky, and overly familiar with the customer, practically buying things with him. It was terrible behavior from an employee towards a customer, making him feel bad. I left, but came back a second time, and a very friendly brunette girl helped me find what I needed. In the end, I bought the item and left happy.
They really need to keep a close eye on their employees.

I've visited this store several times, as well as others here in Malaga, Seville, and Marbella, and they've always been very good. However, this time I went with my wife, and the service from the manager or owner left much to be desired. First, he approached her abruptly to ask her to go first. Then, when I tried on some trousers and a shirt, the sales assistant told me I could only try on shirts that were on hangers. She was very kind, but the manager intervened in a serious and curt tone, repeating that "as a matter of company policy," you can't try on shirts that aren't on hangers. I respect the rules, but the way they're communicated matters. In other stores, I was able to try on the outfit without any problem and with much more professional service. The manager's attitude was the main reason I decided against this store. I don't think I'll be back; I'm very disappointed.

Extremely grateful and very efficient sales assistants. The customer service is excellent; they are very attentive to sizes. We've made purchases thanks to them. I congratulate the sales assistants, Luz and Ana.

I love this brand, I wish there were more size options for children and men and that I could buy online without the limitations of not having sizes M, S or L available.

This Monday morning I went to the store, and I must say that even though I arrived a bit lost, the sales assistant helped me every step of the way. She advised me on sizes and styles that would suit me best, based on what I told her I liked. The service was impeccable, a 10 out of 10!
And the prices! I went thinking they would have the Cyber ​​Monday discounts like on the website, and even though they weren't applied in-store, the prices were fantastic with a great variety of products.
I left very happy and satisfied, and I will definitely be back!
