95 total reviewsI was left with a bad impression. The sales assistant was absent most of the time, making it difficult to get assistance. Although the store has good products, the lack of customer service was noticeable. They need to improve in that area.
A shop with useful, quirky, and fun products. I bought a backpack and it's perfect. The saleswomen are very friendly and helpful. Soledad, who was very nice, helped me choose and it was a great choice. I'll be back!
A very well-organized store, and the products are very affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the sales assistants. I went to buy a suitcase at the last minute on Saturday afternoon, and a very nice girl, I think her name was Sole, helped me.
I highly recommend the experience; I will definitely return!
I don't know, the store is getting more and more expensive and has fewer new items. But it's a lifesaver when you need a gift or a little something. You can always find something cheap that's completely useless. 😝 The staff service is just okay.
