TCN Constructores

We engaged TCN to undertake a full refurbishment and extension of our home, which included the addition of a plunge pool and the installation of a lift. From the very beginning, Francisco, Antonio, and the entire TCN team were outstanding. Their professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail were evident throughout every stage of the project.

The contract process was clear and transparent, and the project was managed to an exceptionally high standard. Communication was excellent — they were always available to offer advice, answer questions, and provide guidance from start to finish. Despite our limited Spanish, their strong command of English made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

All of the subcontractors they used maintained the same high standards of workmanship and professionalism, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and finish of the work.

We would not hesitate to recommend TCN to anyone considering a construction or refurbishment project. They are reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

TCN have done a full renovation of our house in Nerja. They did a fantastic work and are so service minded. My experience from construction company is mainly from Sweden and I must say that I’m very impressed by the way TCN is working. I can really recommend them.

TCN responded to my needs very quickly, the execution of the project was fast and the result immaculate. Only good things to say about TCN

TCN provided a full professional service from creating the the plans and gaining the necessary consents to delivering the finished product. They undertook the complete refurbishment of our apartment, creating a 2 bed, 2 bath modern open plan accommodation having been fully rewired, re-plumbed with all new windows and joinery (doors, built in cupboards etc) throughout. In addition they recommended and assisted in choosing a kitchen designer and fully fitted out bathrooms. Not only did they deliver on time and on budget, but also we’re able to produce a great finish with the client being based in the UK. We are absolutely delighted with Francisco and Antonio from TCN for their hard work, attention to detail and overall friendly and professional nature they tackled the job and producing a first class project. I can not praise them highly enough and would recommend them.
