The Ivy Restaurant

Had a lovely breakfast on our fist day of our holidays.
The staff were very friendly and efficient.
We then went for dinner a few days later.
I had lasagne and my husband had the bangers and mash, both were delicious.
Then the next night we went again, couldn't keep away.
Different dishes, but with the same qualities.
Both Raf and Victor are brilliant staff, always making time to speak to their customers...they are keepers.
This restaurant is a must, you will not be disappointed.

The lasagne was really nice and it was a really nice pint.
My o.h had the spinach and ricotta which was lovely too.
We'll definitely come again!

We had such a wonderful experience here! The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The staff made us feel right at home, which made our meal even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was incredibly tasteful and clearly made with care. This was truly the highlight of places we ate during our trip. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

We had the same experience a few weeks ago... on the first evening in early March... we ate there. It was delicious, everything cooked so well. The gamba pil pil was the tastiest ever... not too hot. Now it was different, the smell the first time was fantastic... 2 weeks ago it was different, something was missing too... the main course as well. We both had fish & chips... the tartar sauce was different. And the beer bothered was different, yes, different. Tasted okay... but different... I didn't ask about it... or if there was a different chef, we hadn't paid attention... but the apple pie was delicious... But it is a nice place to eat. Clean and well-maintained... service was good.

It is disappointing that you react like this as a company. We ate here a few times... it was very tasty, then we leave a review online and you go completely overboard... if you say that we are lying as guests, then we will pass on this restaurant... we bought an apartment here last week because we like staying here... but if you can't handle criticism! and send a whole letter back to us, we find that unkind... Liam, it is our opinion and if you don't like that, you'd better close your restaurant... we are walking past The Ivy today, we are eating at Rose & Crown, that was also super tasty... cozy atmosphere... you have lost us as guests, we told Rose & Crown, they say... these guys don't like criticism... everyone makes mistakes. And don't let your own staff, like Victor, say that everything is so perfect, that shows what you are like... false... I wish you strength in the future...
