Incredible place to stay at with a group of friends/family. It has everything you need: a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, bicycles for a whole class, a yoga studio, sauna - everything! The whole vibe is top notch. The sunset is amazing and the view unmatched. Martin was a great host!

Had a wonderful time at the sanctuary. Such an amazing complex set in beautiful surroundings. You really feel away from the hustle and bustle of the real world and able to immerse yourself fully into the experience. From relaxing yoga in a calming studio to high intensity spin classes to uplifting beats, we did it all! Nothing was compulsory, but the instructors were so accommodating to all abilities so none of us felt out of place, even when out of our comfort zones. The food was out of this world and the nutritional advice given was great. I came away with a whole new mindset towards my food consumption!
The homely and calming feel about the place also allows you to fully recharge. The spa and massage treatments are a welcomed treat in the evenings and my long term back pain literally disappeared thanks to the amazing physio there.
Can’t recommend The Sanctuary highly enough and look forward to returning soon!

Feeling refreshed after a week at The Sanctuary.
It is set in beautiful gardens and my gorgeous bedroom had spectacular views to the sea.
We were taken out walking to explore and there were excellent exercise classes for every level.
Dining was an illuminating experience and has inspired us all to cook healthier at home.
A small, knowledgeable and caring team of experts made for a family feel. I thoroughly recommend a visit to The Sanctuary.
