I'm not at all tech-savvy, and she explained everything I needed to know about getting my new phone, transferring my data, and helping me choose the best option for my needs and usage... all with a smile! I don't know, she made me feel like I'm not so clueless after all, and it wasn't easy, actually. They've got a customer for life!!
