About the neighbourhood: Palma-Palmilla

Residential district north of the centre, on the left bank of the Guadalmedina. The area is mainly social-housing blocks built between the 1960s and 1980s, organised around Plaza Palma de Mallorca. Bounded by Cruz de Humilladero to the south and Bailén-Miraflores to the east. Several bus lines link it to the city centre in 10-15 minutes, and the MA-20 ring road provides road access to the rest of the metropolitan area.

I've made several purchases at the Carrefour Rosaleda store, and I have to say my experience has been extremely positive. The staff are very attentive, helpful, and professional, with excellent taste when giving recommendations.

I'm very happy, satisfied, and grateful for my purchases.
Of course, I'll continue to come to the store.
Thank you very much for your attention.

Today, January 3, 2026, I visited the store to do some shopping for the holidays. I have to say, the line snaked around the entire store, extending outside. When I got to the checkout, I was surprised to find only one cashier, and not only that, there was no one else in the whole store to help. I have to say I have no complaints about her; on the contrary, I think she's incredibly hardworking. Being alone managing customers during such a busy time is quite a challenge. Many people were complaining about the wait, which is understandable. Please, increase your staff; it's important for many reasons. One person managing a store like this, with these characteristics, especially during this time of year, is very difficult. So, my admiration goes to that employee.

This morning, December 22, 2025, my wife and I went to Tramas to buy her a blue coral fleece jacket. The girl who helped us was very friendly, kind, and had great people skills. We'll definitely be back!

Thank you so much, Elena. We need more people like you working with the public. Happy Holidays!

Today, February 3rd, 2026, I was at the Rosaleda fabric store in the morning. We were served by Libertad, a young, brunette girl, very kind and friendly. It's definitely the kind of service one appreciates when shopping, thanks to sales assistants like her. We'll be back. Thank you so much, Libertad, keep it up! It's a pleasure to meet people like you.

Good evening. This morning I went to the Tramas store in Rosaleda and bought two men's pajamas, one women's pajama set, a bathrobe, and some women's slippers. I really appreciated the service from the saleswoman; even though she was alone with the other customers, she was very kind and would bring the items out from inside the store, as they were better folded and unfolded, of course, if the size was available inside. She was also very helpful when asked for advice. A ten out of ten for her!
However, I had to exchange some sizes and went back this afternoon. The saleswoman was so unsympathetic and seemed completely unenthusiastic, even though I went super early, around 5 pm... I mean, it was too late for her to be so grumpy. I know they're tired, that there are a lot of people and this time of year is crazy busy with the discounts, but the store is also packed precisely because of the quality and price. Anyway, we made the exchanges, with some rather unhelpful answers, and my boyfriend gave me another bathrobe. I asked her if she could look for one like this one. This morning I handed it over wrapped and she said, "Because it's so cheap, I don't give it to you like that. Excuse me?" Is a ribbed bathrobe cheap or not, plus the shopping I did this morning? I make a separate purchase, whether it's cheap or not, and she wrinkles it and drags it across the dusty counter. Instead of scanning it, picking it up and putting it in the bag, she wrinkles it and walks it across the counter near the bag. I insist and say, "Excuse me, see if you have this one, give it to me wrapped," and she tells me again that because it's cheap, she doesn't give it to me like that. And this morning, I handed it over like that, and the girl did it without me even asking. Just like the staff in Torremolinos, they are super friendly, since I buy a lot in those stores because of the quality, price, and of course, the staff. But the girl this afternoon either needs a vacation or doesn't want to be in front of the public. A ten out of ten for the girl this morning who, in the time I was there and with the queue that was there, was never rude and was exquisitely polite. Thank you for everything.
