Today I had a very unpleasant experience at Tramas in Vialia. There were several people in the store, and seeing that the sales assistant was helping someone, I waited patiently for my turn.
I asked her about a mid-season quilt, and she told me it was on the shelf opposite, explaining that she was busy at the moment and would help me later. So far, so good.
While I waited, I went over to look at the quilt and took it out a little to see and touch it, something completely normal when someone wants to buy bedding. To my surprise, the sales assistant immediately came over to tell me that I couldn't take the quilt from the shelf.
Honestly, I was shocked. How is a customer supposed to buy a textile product without being able to see or touch it? If there's a "no touching" rule, the least they could do is clearly indicate it with visible signs, because as a customer, I can't guess.
When I then asked her how I should proceed with the purchase, she replied that I had to wait until she finished so she could show it to me. The situation made me feel uncomfortable and poorly served, so I decided to leave without buying anything.
