Amazing service. Manu is extremely helpful going out of his way to find specific shoes for my son. His customer service is outstanding (hope the management reads this!). Claudia and Francisco were very nice and helped out as well.

Terrible experience. 15 minute line for fitting rooms and you can't wait with your friend or help them choose the right clothing because only 1 person is allowed in the fitting room area.

Went to the store for a hoodie in size L and when I arrived the hoodie was put on manequin. I asked if they can take it off and was rudely answered no.

First time in years of shopping when things can't be taken off of manequins.
