Veterinary Clinic Uno Mas

The Uno Mas veterinary clinic is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. From the very first visit, the staff earned my trust – they are qualified, professional, and make decisions with great care. I felt that they were genuinely interested in my dog and his medical history, not just in alleviating symptoms. They took as much time as needed, patiently explaining every detail and carefully planning the treatment step by step. They are incredibly caring, and devote as much attention to the animal as its condition requires. I left the appointment feeling reassured and with a clear action plan.

Additionally, I was impressed by their comprehensive approach to care – they were the first to point out the need to update my dog’s microchip information and took care of it on the spot. They also informed me about diseases common in this part of Europe and explained how best to protect my dog now that I live here permanently.

This clinic is a true relief for any pet owner concerned about their dog’s health. I highly recommend it!

Update and new experience:

There's been a change in the treatment process after this. I appreciate that they understood my concern and tried to address it. They've explained about the next steps of treatment for the FCV or calicivirus for my cats. They also helped me understand better by speaking in English with me. I hope my cats will do better with good care.

1st experience:
I would say they're generally ok with normal stuff like vaccination etc. but when your pet is sick. They're very slow and don't provide proper diagnosis or information or treatment. I'm very disappointed. My pet kitten has been bleeding from the mouth for 3 days. He has mouth ulcers. They have not even opened his mouth to check. Especially if you're an expat - you will have a hard time communicating because they don't even make sure you understand what they say.
They did blood tests for my pets yesterday at noon. They haven't sent me the results yet. It's noon the next day already. Causing serious stress and uncertainty. I would change this vet to another soon. Hoping that my pet will get better care elsewhere.

Hi, we went to the clinic for our rabbit, because she plugged her hair out and we got immediately help on the same day. She’s healthy again! Thanks to the really friendly team and the Doctor for the good experience. We will definitely come again! :)

Great specialist. Epathetic and involved in the patient and owner. In Malaga it is difficult to find a good vet. I visited many places and only here I met professional care.The doctor speaks fluent English, which is also not very common. highly recommend

I havebeen taking my 15 year old Stafi there for a year now and all I can say is how wonderful everyone is. They really care about the animals and there well being.
