Excellent experience at Clínica Rincón de la Victoria.
Admission was smooth and very professional. Both the doctors and nurses were extremely kind and competent, and it was a big plus that they speak English and German fluently.
I went there for a CT scan and also needed to see a general practitioner. Even without an appointment, I was seen immediately. Everything was well organized and efficient. Highly recommended!

I am writing this review to raise a formal complaint regarding the deeply concerning treatment my wife received from Dr. Lidia Susana Canales at Vithas Centro Médico Rincón de la Victoria.
My wife recently visited the clinic seeking medical help for an ongoing sickness and severe back issues after going through a lot following childbirth. Instead of receiving the medical care and attention she needed, she was met with shocking rudeness. Dr. Lidia Canales completely drifted away from the medical problem she was consulted for and offered zero actual help.
Instead of acting like a supportive medical professional, she chose to make unwarranted, disparaging remarks of a highly personal nature. Unbelievably, she shifted the focus away from my wife's medical needs to compare my wife's situation to her own. This kind of personal judgment and comparison is completely unprofessional.
We have visited this clinic twice in total, and both times we have left feeling completely unhappy and humiliated.
I want the management at Vithas to seriously question what is happening at this facility. How can a person who lacks basic empathy and professionalism work as a doctor? We are paying a premium price for private health insurance—why are we being treated like this when we are vulnerable and seeking help?

Excellent service. Walked in without an appointment and asked for an ultrasound on a lump I was concerned about in my neck. Seen within ten minutes and given ultrasound. I was out of the building within half an hour, reassured and with a typed up report and diagnosis. €180. Best money I’ve spent.

I have attempted to contact Vithas in Rincón several times and am frustrated by the option to speak with a representative in English, as no one is ever available. I’ve been transferred multiple times to someone who supposedly speaks English, but no one ever responds in English. While the healthcare services at the hospital are good, the customer service in English is simply unacceptable.

Bad and getting worse. Doctors don't have basic equipment for simple diagnosis. Takes longer than ever to get an appointment, and now you also need an apt. for bloodwork which can take up to 2 weeks, and then another week or more to get results. Very hard to contact by phone and they aren't open on weekends. The website is terrible and doesn't show appointments made in person, so therefore it's impossible to make changes, and one is obligated to call and wait for hours on hold. There is no contact email available. Now I also have discovered there was a grave error in my recent test results. Disgraceful and dangerous.
