About the neighbourhood: Carretera de Cádiz

A long, mostly residential district running south-west of the centre, parallel to the coast as far as the airport boundary. It includes the neighborhoods of Huelin (with its own beach), La Princesa, Sacaba, San Andrés and the major shopping zone around the Vialia / María Zambrano train station. Vialia itself houses dozens of restaurants and the high-speed AVE service to Madrid. The area is well served by Metro Málaga (lines 1 and 2) and bus, and runs the length of the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas.

This is such a fantastic concept! I absolutely love it. What makes it unique is the flexibility to drop into any type of yoga class you want, whenever you feel like it. It gives you the chance to explore different styles and find the one that truly suits you. Cesar and Gerard are amazing facilitators who really know how to guide you. They’re communicative, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress. I highly recommend this school....

This is such a lovely yoga studio I absolutely recommend it. It has many classes to choose from, the classes are clearly labeled by the difficulty level, and all the teachers are kind and skilled. It's really helpful that the teachers can speak English, so it was easy for me to sign up for a membership and get all my questions answered. The studio is kept really clean and has a relaxing ambiance. They even have yoga mats there if you don't bring your own. It’s the best yoga studio I've been to in Malaga; I'm so happy I joined.

Yoga One is a beautiful and modern studio. It has great facilities and equipment, fantastic teachers and super helpful staff. The classes are taught in Spanish which is great for me as it’s helping me learn, but the teachers and staff can speak perfect English which is really helpful when I need it (which is often 😅). Love being a member here 🙏🏻

I attended a Yogilates session, a mix between pilates and yoga. Natalia led it and I liked how it progressed from slow centering warming moves, constantly focusing on breathing to an active workout session without taking me out of the trans-meditating state I was in.

The centre is modern, spacious, clean, perfectly lit and decorated. It offers all the necessary gadgets one would need - lockers for personal belongings, cozy blankets, cork blocks, anti-slippery mats, cleaning products to sanitize them after use. It also has a good ventilation system.

The staff is kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a heartwarming experience through and through, I utterly enjoyed my experience today and will come back again.

Classes are held in Spanish.

I really enjoyed my time at the studio. The teachers were warm and welcoming. The classes were great eventhough I don't understand Spanish. I tried Aerial Yoga for the first time and it was great fun!
