About the neighbourhood: Palma-Palmilla

Residential district north of the centre, on the left bank of the Guadalmedina. The area is mainly social-housing blocks built between the 1960s and 1980s, organised around Plaza Palma de Mallorca. Bounded by Cruz de Humilladero to the south and Bailén-Miraflores to the east. Several bus lines link it to the city centre in 10-15 minutes, and the MA-20 ring road provides road access to the rest of the metropolitan area.

The staff were exceptional. Very attentive, professional, and friendly. However, the noise in the store is truly unbearable. It's open onto the shopping center, and all the noise makes it impossible to even have a normal conversation with the staff. This could be easily solved with a simple automatic door.

We've had enough of this optician.

The elderly woman who was working on Saturday afternoon (July 11th) was extremely rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Her behavior seemed clearly discriminatory and made us feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

We went in intending to buy glasses, but her attitude was so unpleasant that we decided to leave without buying anything. Spending our money is a choice, not an obligation, and we prefer to do so in an establishment where customers are treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

No employee should behave as if they own the business or as if they are doing customers a favor by serving them. It is precisely the customers who keep a business open.

It's a shame that a single person with that attitude can cause a business to lose sales and customers. We certainly won't be returning and will take our money to an optician where people are valued and respected.

I went for the first time a week ago and the service was great; the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only thing that bothered me was the noise and the heat. Being in a shopping center and an open-air space, it was almost impossible to have a conversation, and to top it all off, there was a concert and a children's party going on—it was madness! (The staff handled it remarkably well; I was there for half an hour and ended up with a headache. I don't even want to imagine having to put up with that every day!).

We went to get a price quote for glasses for my wife and son. A very friendly girl helped us, but then she left us hanging because of a customer with an appointment. She told us her colleague would help us, and while we were waiting, another family (also without an appointment) arrived and she helped them instead, leaving us standing there staring...
We were convinced we were going to change opticians, but this is just the beginning. I don't even want to imagine what will happen next.

Fantastic service from Jose and Janin. I've been coming to this establishment for 11 years and I'm always very happy. They solve all my problems, treat me professionally, and are incredibly friendly. Fantastic, a highly recommended place. A ten out of ten!
