Before selecting a car rental company, I conducted extensive research and ultimately chose this one. Despite their less-than-stellar online ratings at first glance, I can wholeheartedly recommend them!
The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff members were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional. They went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, and the entire team's approach was outstanding.
When we next visit the area, this car rental company will undoubtedly be our first choice. I highly recommend them!

Driver waiting in arrivals for me, got taken straight to their office. Haven't used them for several years but they still had all my details. Booked a Polo but they upgraded me to a 2022 Hyundai i20. Drop at end of hire very easy. Will certainly use them again, very satisfied.

I do not recommend this company at all!
I rented a car from them with full insurance, and when we arrived at the location, we were told it wasn’t actually full insurance. When we insisted that it should be, they demanded an additional 80 euros.
Even after all that, the car still wasn’t fully insured, and before taking it, they took photos and a video of the entire car, telling us that even so, the wheels were not covered by the insurance.
I should also mention that a 500-euro deposit was withheld, which is not normal if you pay for full insurance on the car.
After returning the car in perfect condition and asking about the refund of the deposit, we were told it would be back in our account the same day.
We only received the deposit back after 10 days, during which we had to call several times

Not recommending the Autos Lido. Made an reservation and when I went to the office to pick up the car, I realize that what they advertised as Full Insurance, wasn't at all what I was expecting. They charged an extra 80€, and still were missing coverage for weells & tires. Still charged me a depozit and it took them 10 days to refund me, after the car was dropped off.
