My brother loves himself som Birkenstock and this outlet will give you just that. Ended up buying two pairs for the price of one normally. So it was really good. Now I can send my brother the proper birthday gift. And I can say it's for this and the last, because the last I didn't get him anything. I was waiting for something perfect, and I found it. Very helpful staff. I enjoyed shopping there. 💜

Originally a village to the south-west, now part of Málaga municipality, sitting between the airport and the foothills. 149 total reviewsTerrible customer service. Cashier No. 784804 was extremely rude, shouting at me about the queue instead of doing her job properly. She rushed through my purchase, gave me a tax refund receipt missing the barcode, and because it was my last day, I couldn’t return to get it fixed.
To make matters worse, the pairs I bought didn’t even match in color. The cashier was in such a hurry, throwing items into the bag while I was still trying to check them. The shop was busy, but that’s no excuse for being careless and disrespectful.
A complete waste of time and money. I left with faulty items, no valid refund receipt, and a very bitter impression of the store.
I bought Birkenstocks for a great price in different occasions and it was a bargain every time! Great price, great items and great staff.
We had an exceptional experience with INES at this amazing outlet. She was incredibly helpful and dedicated, making our visits smooth and enjoyable. Her product knowledge and genuine interest in our needs were impressive. We were thrilled to find her there on our second visit, and she continued to provide outstanding service. We'll gladly return and hope to be assisted by her again. Highly recommend!
Decent prices, helpful staff and clear display of products and prices. Was very busy when I went, but we were offered help straight away and only waited two or three minutes to pay.
Staff were friendly and spoke Spanish and English.
