I paid Decathlon in Malaga for an Inversion table back in January. I have shopped here for years. Unfortunately I Never received my purchase, and after numerous calls and visits to the shop. Driving from Estepona and back 4 times. Im still waiting and I feel like Im being completely ignored and being given the run around. I will NEVER shop in this place again.
I have sent numerous emails and was promised my refund by costumer care 4 weeks ago. But still no refund. And no reply. Very very disappointed

Very small for a Decathlon store. For the limited space they have, it was very poorly stocked. Lots of empty spaces on racks and shelves. I was in the store for about ten minutes, and not a single employee greeted me to ask if I need help. Seems like a missed opportunity in a busy commercial area with few, if any sporting goods competitors nearby.

Bad quality & experience. The store was very disorganized, crowded. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and many products had no visible prices. I hope they improve the organization.

Excellent! I was able to buy three pairs of socks at a great price right in the center of Malaga! I didn't have time to look around much... They have high-quality, well-designed technical mountain clothing. The sales assistants are very helpful if you need assistance. Thanks, Decathlon Smart 🧠🏃🏻💪🏻

At January 13th, i bought a golf putter Odyssey DFX via internet by Decathlon city Malaga. The delivery date was 1 day!!
Up to 2 februari we had a lot of contact with customer service (more than 3 weeks!!!)
The result is that i lost my money and still dit not received my golf putter.
Nobody at Decathlon is reacting anymore.....also the headoffice is on "vacation"...

Please keep this is mind!!!
