Spectacular and well worth a visit if you are in the area. To think these were built over 5000 years ago and to the exacting specifications makes you wonder where did all that knowledge go!! Loads of parking, very nice visitor centre with full amenities for all, including disabled. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

A corridor tomb built between approximately 3,500 BCE and the early Bronze Age. Its entrance is perfectly aligned with the east, corresponding to the rising sun during the equinoxes, demonstrating the advanced astronomical knowledge of prehistoric builders. Human remains, along with pottery and stone tools, were found inside.
