We had a superb supper at El Patio this evening and Dario and the rest of the team made us feel very special. The El Patio burger isn’t just a burger; it is exquisitely flavoured and has a generous roundel of goats cheese which pulls through all the flavour of the beef. The vegetarian lasagne was a dish in its own right rather than just a lasagne without meat! We can’t recommend this restaurant and the extremely professional team behind it highly enough. If you’re only in Mijas Costa for a few days, please do visit El Patio.

This establishment has just re- opened under new management. It is operating as a Spanish bar 7 (?) days per week , if my Spanish is correct 17.00 to 01.00 ( ?). Saturdays seems to be BBQ with good quality music (guitar and song that does not deafen ). Excellent potential. Give it some support and it will transform into a restaurant. Buena suerte.
This surprise was a five star experience with excellent service, beautiful atmosphere and absolutely fabulous cuisine. So near Los Amigos Diamond Beach Resort that we could walk. Truly an amazing taste experience and so very reasonably priced! 5 course meal for 17 Euros!
