rented a car there for the first time. everything went great. The employee Tomas from Argentina was very friendly and quickly gave us the car, and also quickly took it back without any problems. the only thing is that they do not accept Revolut cards, but we found a way out. so have a physical card for the deposit.

Good overall experience, despite a hiccup at pick-up, May 2026

The pick-up location is a short shuttle bus ride from Málaga Airport — easy to find and well-signposted, with helpful instructions provided in advance. The shuttle runs frequently.

However, our reserved Nissan X-Trail was unavailable upon arrival, and we were initially offered a smaller Nissan Qashqai — not suitable for 4 passengers with generous luggage. After raising our concerns, the team stepped up and offered an Audi Q8 as an upgrade. Yes, there was an additional surcharge, but it was reasonable under the circumstances, and the car itself was in absolutely pristine condition. A word of warning though — the Q8 is a beast of a car on the narrow village streets of Andalusia! 😄

The return was smooth and stress-free, with a swift car drop-off and a quick shuttle back to the airport.

What stood out most was the attitude of the staff — always friendly, solution-oriented and willing to find a compromise. Not a flawless experience, but handled with professionalism and a smile. Would rent again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We were picked up by shuttle from the airport and taken to the office. I had already pre checked in online so recieving the car was very quick. We received an upgraded car (brand new) at no extra cost and upon return there were no hidden or extra fees. The staff were fantastic. Highly recommend

Enterprise/National will always be my go to for car rentals. I was very surprised that even in Spain their customer service was top notch. We were welcomed by Yolanda and given an upgraded car without asking and without charge. The car was a luxury car if you ask me. When we returned the car Jodi welcomed us with just as much enthusiasm. This experience solidifies my confidence in always choosing Enterprise/National car rental.
