It doesn't matter if you arrive at the last minute looking for something specific. They find a way to solve the problem. And all while maintaining a smile. The person I've interacted with most is Adriana, but I know that when she calls the workshop, there's another person on the other end eager to help us with our urgent needs or fulfill our desires.
Every time I wear one of their pieces, I know people will ask where it's from, just as I know that giving anything from Hago as a gift will be a sure hit.

Furthermore, their materials are of extremely high quality. Few people are more forgetful than me; I've forgotten to take off my earrings, necklaces, bracelets, or rings before showering or swimming in the sea, and yet none of them have been damaged. We've been coming to this jewelry store on Paseo de Sancha for many years, and we'll keep coming back as long as we can.
