I am updating my review several months later because, unfortunately, the situation has not only remained unresolved, but continues with no concrete progress.

During the time I was a client of this firm, I received advice that ultimately caused me significant financial losses. Following the instructions of the manager handling my case, Javier Mirón, I stopped making certain payments and trusted that procedures were being carried out, which I later discovered had not been done. The result was a debt with Social Security, surcharges, interest, and the freezing of my bank account.

The most worrying aspect is not only the initial error, but the lack of a subsequent solution. Since my formal complaint, I have received numerous responses indicating that steps would be taken, that the insurance company would be consulted, or that someone would contact me. However, to this day, I still have no concrete proposed solution, no clear information about the status of the claim, and no estimated date for its resolution.

After months of waiting, I continue to bear the financial consequences of a situation I believe could have been easily avoided with diligent management and proper communication.

I'm sharing this experience so others can learn about my case and make an informed decision before hiring their services.

After my mother's passing, Maireles Abogados handled all the paperwork (widow's pension and inheritance tax). I received excellent, very kind, and professional service from everyone, but especially from Ms. Estela.

In my personal experience, the service I received from this firm fell short of expectations. During my time as a client, I didn't receive the necessary information or follow-up, which led to problems and debts that weren't clearly or promptly communicated to me.

Communication was poor, and at a crucial moment, I felt a lack of support as a client. The advice I received—in my case, from Javier Mirón—was confusing, leading me to make decisions based on incomplete and inaccurate information.

Unfortunately, I know others who have had similar experiences. As of the date of this review, I haven't been contacted by the firm to offer explanations, apologies, or any solution to the financial losses incurred. I'm sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision.

This law firm is terrible; it's a nightmare trying to close my late husband's bank account.
I've been to their office on Alameda de Colón countless times, chasing after them to get my case resolved. They sent me the paperwork to file the inheritance tax return, and after this almost impossible online hassle, and after submitting the receipt to Unicaja bank, they tell me the declaration of heirs is missing. I went back to the office to request that document, and they told me it wasn't there! 🤯😱😱😱
They say it's in process. This is mistreatment, and it's making me sick.
I don't recommend them to anyone. Look for another firm; this one is worthless. They don't inform you, they don't help you, and they leave you with the problem as if you were a lawyer. I can't give them zero stars, but don't go to Maireles Abogados on Alameda de Colón. You'll end up sick, just like they're making me. I hold them completely responsible for anything that happens to me from now on, because they are killing me while I'm still alive.

Now I understand why so many widows take their own lives, because this is unbearable 😓😭😭😭😭😭
