I went this afternoon to pick up some personalized bookmarks that I ordered myself on Friday, and I was pleasantly surprised by how they turned out. I think the price was good, but what I liked most was Lorena's service. She was very friendly and professional, and it's clear she enjoys what she does. It was my first time there, and I left more than satisfied.

A few months have passed since what I wrote in the first paragraph, and this morning I went back, but this time I had ordered a personalized t-shirt. I just need to try it on, but I'm quite happy with the result of Lorena's work.

I've been twice, and never again. She does whatever she wants, and on top of that, it's outrageously expensive. The first time, she was friendly but quite arrogant. The second time, she did whatever she wanted despite my clear instructions. She didn't even bother to take off her headphones or put out her cigarette when I entered the store. The first time, I asked for something as simple as printing on regular A4 paper. She did it wrong five times, and the last two times, she used whatever material she felt like, even though it wasn't the simple paper I had clearly requested. To make matters worse, she charged me for all five mistakes, and I left with something that wasn't what I wanted. The second time, I left again with something completely different from what I had clearly indicated I wanted because she ignored my instructions and did whatever she wanted, using much more expensive materials than the simple paper I had asked for. She charged me three times what she should have. Even with the same materials I use at other stationery stores, I would have paid a tenth of what she charged me. One star, and only because I can't give it zero.
