An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Messina is everything you hope a Michelin-starred restaurant will be Refined, confident, and quietly brilliant. Every dish was beautifully balanced, creative without being pretentious, and executed with absolute precision.
A special mention must go to Pia in front of house, who was simply outstanding. Warm, intuitive, and effortlessly professional, she struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and ease, making us feel genuinely welcomed and completely looked after throughout the evening.
And of course, Chef Mauricio Giovanni deserves huge praise. His menu tells a clear story that is thoughtful, seasonal, and deeply flavour-driven. Each course felt purposeful and memorable, with a level of technique that never overshadowed taste.
Messina isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. Calm, confident, and deeply satisfying. One of the best dining experiences in Marbella, and absolutely worthy of its Michelin star. We’ll be back without hesitation.

Had a lovely evening at Messina! Everything was delicious, and the owner and staff made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. A special place that I’m grateful to have discovered while in Spain.

This isn't my first experience at a gourmet restaurant. I'd like to point out that we booked our visit quickly—it's convenient and easy. It's close to the Amare Hotel, where we were staying, so getting there was very easy. It has an intimate atmosphere. The hostesses who served were very pleasant. The dishes arrived fairly quickly. At first, there were some interesting combinations. I was very surprised by the hot dish. It should be a real feast for the taste buds, but it turned out to be quite bland in flavor and filling. The white fish was fillet with a simple fresh vegetable salad. I can't say I was surprised. It was a good blue. Overall, it's not bad. The price-quality ratio is typical. It might be a bit pricey compared to other restaurants. Overall, it's worth a one-time visit for anyone who understands gourmet food.

This place is strange. The cuisine is great, but the place.. even little creepy :) For people who like this.

Everything was perfect right from the start! The staff is so lovelt, the restaurant is stylish, the dishes are beautiful, delicant and tasty..So much so, that I didn't take my phone out from my purse to take photos, I wanted to enjoy every single thing and dish in peace..and I did that!

We also got to meet the owners, who are such a sweet couple and meeting them made my night perfect! 💜

This is a place, where everyone should go!!
