There was only one staff member in the store helping someone choose glasses. I just needed a quick purchase of contact lenses — I already know my prescription and the brand. But I had to wait 20 minutes.
The consultant didn’t even think to come over and ask if I needed something simple, like eye drops or anything I could quickly buy at the register. She was completely occupied with other customers the entire time.
I stood there for 20 minutes and then left. While I was waiting, three other customers came in and left as well.
At some point, the customers she was assisting were simply walking around and choosing frames on their own, so she could have briefly come over to me, as I was standing by the register, and at least ask what I needed. But that didn’t happen.
Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like this before — it’s just awful. I do not recommend this store if you don’t want to waste your time.
