how can they state on 2-3 google searches that they speak German when NONE of the people speak there German!! Not to mention 5mins waiting time on the phone to find out in the company, if someone speaks German!! Very missleading!
I don't know why they have bad reviews! From the moment you walk in, the service is great! They're always busy, but they're willing to help, whether it's their job or not! Everyone…

Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

On the website that say they speak English but that is not true.
I don't know why they have bad reviews! From the moment you walk in, the service is great! They're always busy, but they're willing to help, whether it's their job or not! Everyone is so attentive. I would definitely go back for any other errand! I wouldn't hesitate! 😊
I went to the Notary Office of Don Manuel Ángel Martínez García for a procedure and they treated us perfectly from the first moment, everyone especially Francis; it's a pleasure to do these procedures like this.
I opened a company a month ago, and they charged me for everything, even breathing inside the notary's office. 50 euros for a copy of the articles of incorporation sent by email, and the whole thing has ended up costing me 750 euros. A simple limited liability company (SL) with a capital contribution of 3,000 euros. Of course, I didn't ask how much it would cost, and I take full responsibility for that, but opening a company doesn't cost 700 euros anywhere else. Right next door, they did it for me for 120 euros a few years ago (I can't believe it's due to inflation, sorry). Of course, I won't be going back to this notary's office, and I certainly don't recommend them.
