About the neighbourhood: Distrito Centro

Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

Very arrogant and bad customer service, we bougth a sweather, and washed it like the instructions sad, but then it looked very used, when we got to the store they lied to us and said that it was only hand wash, until we called customer service and made them tell the staff at the shop that we were rigth.
So after wasting alot of time, and getting accused for lying we finaly was allowed to change the sweater, we will nlt regurn to this shop

Service is 👎 they assume you’re stealing when going in to the fitting rooms (make you bleep your bag) and have guards checking everyone’s moves. I dropped my potential buy and told them I don’t shop where they treat me as a delinquent upfront.

A wide variety of women's underwear, sportswear, and swimwear. Medium-high quality at reasonable prices.
The service from the saleswoman was excellent; she recommended some products she thought would be useful.

I went to OYSHO (an Eroski store) to exchange a pair of trousers my boyfriend had bought at the Plaza Mayor store. The only reason was the size. When the sales assistant checked them there, she noticed a stain and that they didn't have a tag, which was the case when I bought them.

The manager intervened with a very unpleasant attitude and a completely inappropriate tone, repeatedly implying that I had worn the trousers and stained them, despite my repeated assurances that they had only been in the bag. Instead of finding a solution, she insisted on blaming me, making the situation very uncomfortable.

They offered me no help or alternative, forcing me to keep a €35 pair of trousers that I can't wear and an incomplete outfit. I had planned to do some Christmas shopping at OYSHO, including a coat for around €80, but after the way I was treated, I will never shop at this store or buy from this brand again.
