I went in with a very general idea of what I wanted, and Estefanía helped me not only choose the piece but also the engraving. She explained the options and showed me everything that might interest me with great professionalism and friendliness!
The service was appalling. I'm giving one star because I can't give less. There are many people who need jobs; hire someone who actually wants to provide decent and friendly service. I went there to buy something, not to ask for a freebie, and the service was terrible!
