Parador de Málaga Golf Club

The Parador Hotels are great. This particular one is a lovely seaside preserve. Perfect for a day of tranquility golfing. Hotel Staff very attentive and perfessional. And of course the Parador's restaurant cooking up regional cuisine to perfection. Definitely worth the visit if you're in Malaga, Spain.

This hotel is a genuinely exceptional choice for anyone visiting the Costa del Sol.

The most surprising and impressive aspect, based on continuous guest feedback, and something I must soon experience myself!, is the absolute tranquility in the guest rooms. Despite the dramatic proximity to the airport runway, the hotel is perfectly insulated. You get the fun, visual spectacle of the planes during your round, but absolutely zero noise disturbance when you are relaxing or sleeping. This is a crucial and highly successful feature.

The Parador boasts a location that is, quite frankly, unbeatable.
The hotel is situated right on what I consider to be one of the most beautiful and well-maintained beaches in Málaga. Guests have direct access to the soft sand and the gentle Mediterranean waves, a true luxury.

It serves as the perfect launchpad or landing pad for your trip. Its incredible proximity to Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) means you can be checked in and relaxing by the pool or teeing off almost immediately after landing, or enjoy a full, stress-free last day before a quick departure.

For golf enthusiasts, as myself, the USPs are manifold, direct access to the fantastic 18-hole course and a truly superb practice area. Combining a stay here with a full round and using the practice facilities is a must-do experience I plan to arrange soon.

Very Comfortable & Luxurious Stay
This is a truly comfortable and luxurious beachfront property. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. You can either enjoy the comfort of your room or sit peacefully on the balcony and take in the surroundings.
The pool area is extremely relaxing, surrounded by beautiful green spaces and the calming sounds of birds — creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast is rich and varied, offering a wide selection of high-quality options.
The bar service can be a bit slow at times, so it may be quicker to go directly to the bar to order your drinks.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its proximity to Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, making it an excellent option for both arrivals and departures from Málaga. Of course, being so close to the airport has one small downside — when flights are passing overhead, conversations may need to pause for a moment!
Overall, it remains a very good, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

I would not fully recommend this hotel, as I found the service below the expectations for a 4-star property. The two women at the reception, in particular, were not very welcoming. You can hear planes arriving and departing throughout the day and night, though this was still less concerning to me than the service experience.

I became ill in my room after eating the fish served the day before. Even though room service was available and there were two staff members present, they initially declined to bring tea to my room, so I had to go to the restaurant myself. After speaking with the hotel management, they did bring the tea and acted friendly, but the overall impression was not very positive.

I leave satisfied. Peaceful, clean, breakfast made from quality ingredients. Great bed, room amenities. Bar open until late. I had a good rest. 👌
