If zero stars was an option I would be awarding zero. One star is too much.

I bought my partner a 140€ lotus smart watch for Christmas. He wore it for 1 day and the watch was clearly malfunctioning. Heart rate and steps and calories were completely off. Border line not even registering.

A week later we returned to the store with the watch, box, 2 year warranty, and full receipt. The exact same man who sold me the watch would not refund, exchange, or provide store credit because a piece of cardboard was missing from the box that the watch came in.
I then made the point "why do you need the cardboard, you should not try to resell a watch to an unknowing customer. The watch doesn't work! It is defective.' He rolled his eyes, said no, and walked away.

Completely in the wrong in my eyes. Didn't offer any solution or fair response. Just essentially said yea I sold you a broken watch, not my problem anymore, byeeeee. By far the worst customer service experience I've ever witnessed and been a part of. These people are scam artists. Stay far far away.

Shopping and just looking around window shopping but decided to try here to see the gold earrings and if good quality. Walked in asked the person behind counter if they could help. ( no one else is there!) she ignored us. Looking around and tried again to ask a question but ignored! Told her I guess she was too busy doing nothing to make money. Walked out went another shop and spent €4800 for diamond's pendant with diamond earrings., DO NOT BOTHER OR WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS STORE!

Was gifted a 140€ lotus smart watch by my girlfriend. The watch was completly deffective and come to find out, has had 2 previous owners. Meaning it was returned twice and resold three times knowing the watch is deffective!! That should be illegal. They did not let me return the watch and offered zero solutions. Horrible experience, horrible people.

Terrible experience. I bought a ring in January, and a few weeks later, it lost a stone. I went to the store immediately, and instead of offering a solution, they blamed me for the damage without any basis. The saleswoman accused me of having "deformed it through misuse," which is absurd because the ring was perfectly round.

After much insistence, they agreed to inspect the product, but after more than a month, they replied that it wasn't covered by the warranty. A deplorable service, lacking professionalism and respect for the customer.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and am sharing my experience on every possible platform so that others don't fall into the same trap. I do not recommend this store under any circumstances. It's a complete disappointment: the products seem nice at first, but the quality is terrible, and they don't last at all. Furthermore, customer service is nonexistent, and they do not honor the warranty.
