Very nice store

I've been to this store twice in the last few weeks, and while the selection is excellent, the customer service is even better. They offer great advice, always with a smile, from both the two employees and the gentleman who's often there helping out. 10 out of 10! I'll be back.

My experience with Aromas Selective S.L. has been absolutely unacceptable.

I purchased a Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue gift set whose longevity was clearly abnormal from the very first use. After complaining, the customer service was a complete disaster: ambiguous responses, a total lack of technical explanations, and management that was never up to standard.
The worst part is the "solution" offered. After insisting and processing the complaint, they sent me a supposed replacement product that turned out to be exactly the same bottle I had returned. This isn't an opinion; it's a verifiable fact: I previously photographed the bottle's identification code, and it matches perfectly.
My feeling as a customer is clear: not only do they not resolve the problem, but they also try to pretend it's solved without doing anything at all. This practice is, at the very least, highly questionable. Given this situation, I have formally filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.

Furthermore, after reviewing other opinions, it's clear this isn't an isolated incident, which makes this experience even more concerning.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from this company. I seriously doubt the authenticity of their perfumes. And if you do have a problem, be prepared for poor customer service, a lack of transparency, and no solutions whatsoever.

It was a disgrace. I'll never go back, and I don't recommend anyone else go. I was just browsing, looking at things without even trying to hide it, when a girl started following me around like I was stealing. She was a dark-haired girl with glasses, and she was laughing like we were in school. I don't recommend it.

I want to mention the wonderful staff; they're fantastic and know how to communicate with customers. They do everything competently and in a friendly manner. A special thanks to Manuela—she's very smart. The store has a great selection, it's clean, you can try on lipsticks, and they have a variety of makeup removers. I'll definitely be buying more here.
